What is Home Collected Credit?

How much can I borrow?

How fast will I get my money?

I'm struggling to repay my loan

What documents do I need to provide when applying for a loan?

Home Collected Credit is a friendly, personal service which offers small unsecured personal loans with manageable repayments. Your repayment is collected on a weekly basis from your home by your own Agent, or repayments can also be made via standing orders.

Our Agents are not paid a commission on the amount they lend but on the amount they collect, therefore they will only lend what you can comfortably afford to repay.

New customers can borrow loan amounts between £100-£300. All applications are treated on an individual basis, this ensures that we will never lend you more than you can afford to repay.

Before you take out the loan you should be 100% sure that you can afford to repay it and that we are the best option for you.

As an existing Copperdale customer we can agree to lend you higher loan amounts, this is because you already have a relationship with the company and a proven payment history. Your Agent will be able to discuss your options and agree the best one for your circumstances.

In the first instance you need to complete the online application form. If you are successful our local friendly agent will visit you at home at a time to suit you to discuss your loan requirements. You should be contacted by the end of the next working day after your initial application so we can arrange this visit. If your application is approved your Agent will call back with the loan agreement and cash.

If you find yourself in a situation where you can not afford your next repayment the sooner we know about your change in circumstances the sooner we can help you. There are a number of ways you can contact us.

  1. Speak to your agent - they will be happy to work with you to get your payments back on track.
  2. Contact us at the office: 01946 832062.
  3. Complete our contact us form and we will contact you.

Before we approve your loan, we need to see proof of ID to make sure you are who you say you are and Proof of Income to make sure you can afford the repayments.

An Agent will check these when they visit so please make sure you have your documents handy, otherwise it could delay your application.
